How Long Will My Delivery Be?
All handbags, backpacks and changing bags have a delivery time from 5 to 7 business days. *Exact timescale depends on your location. In exceptional cases there may be a slight delay due to busy times of the year, sudden high demand or unforeseen circumstances. If you haven’t received your order after 15 business days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Your order is place and dispatched usually within 24 hours. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order at email@example.com
Can I have a Refund?
We offer a refund within 10 business days of receiving your new handbag, backpack or changing bag. We ask that you send the item as 2nd Class Signed For so it can be tracked. Once we receive your item we will refund the value of your item within 2 business days.
My Bag Arrived Damaged / Faulty What Should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days if your item(s) arrived damaged or faulty. We require pictures of the damage / fault and we will ask that you post your item(s) back to us in the original packaging via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and send us a picture of your postage receipt. Once we receive your item(s) and confirm there is damage / fault we will issue you the same handbag, backpack or changing bag. Should the same item(s) be out of stock for more than 5 business days you will be able to choose another item of the same value or use the value of the original item(s) towards new item(s).
